A chilling discovery has emerged from Cross River State as a man identified as Akaninyene has allegedly confessed to being responsible for the deaths of multiple individuals in the Abanyama area of Ukim Ita community, located in Odukpani Local Government Area.
The suspect, said to be in his late 30s, was apprehended following intelligence reports linking him to the disappearance of a resident in the community. Security operatives tracked him to a secluded forest dwelling where he reportedly lived alone.
