
Security forces have foiled a bandit attack in Yartafki village, Funtua Local Government Area of Katsina State, and recovered stolen cattle during a swift operation.
The attack occurred earlier on Sunday when armed bandits stormed the village and made away with livestock. According to security analyst Bakatsine, who shared details on X, operatives moved quickly after receiving information about the incident.
The criminals were intercepted before they could escape far with the rustled animals. During the operation, one suspect was neutralised while all the stolen cattle were recovered.
