Kylian Mbappe remains the Champions League’s leading scorer this season with 15 goals, even after Real Madrid’s quarter-final exit at the hands of Bayern Munich.
The French forward built his tally before Los Blancos were eliminated, securing his position at the top of the charts despite no longer being in the competition. Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane is in second place with 14 goals following his equalizer in the 1-1 draw against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night, but he will not have the chance to overtake Mbappe after Bayern were also knocked out by PSG.
The race for the Golden Boot is now effectively settled ahead of the final between Arsenal and PSG. Atletico Madrid’s Julián Alvarez, Newcastle’s Anthony Gordon, and PSG’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia are tied on 10 goals each, while Manchester City’s Erling Haaland follows with eight.

PSG duo Ousmane Dembele and Bayern’s Luis Diaz have each scored seven goals, the same as Galatasaray’s Victor Osimhen, rounding out the top nine scorers in this season’s competition.
With both Mbappe and Kane out of contention, the final offers an opportunity for PSG’s Kvaratskhelia or Dembele to close the gap, though neither is within realistic reach of Mbappe’s tally.
