Human rights activist Omoyele Sowore has alleged that the Department of State Services has presented whistleblower Justice Mark Chidiebere, popularly known as “Justice Crack,” to Peter Akah at its headquarters in Abuja. Sowore made the claim in a Facebook post on Sunday, accusing the DSS of planning to prosecute the activist.
According to Sowore, the development follows the transfer of Chidiebere from military custody to DSS officials. He alleged that the move was designed to shield alleged misconduct involving the Nigerian Army. Sowore strongly rejected any plan to prosecute the whistleblower, insisting that Chidiebere should be released unconditionally.

He also called for the immediate mobilisation of activists to the DSS office to demand the release of Justice Crack. The DSS has yet to issue an official statement on the allegations or the status of Chidiebere as of press time.
