Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has made it clear that his side must secure victories in all their remaining matches if they are to clinch the Premier League title ahead of Arsenal.
The Cityzens returned to the top of the league table following a narrow 1-0 victory over Burnley on Wednesday night their first time leading since August.
Both Manchester City and Arsenal are currently tied on 70 points with an identical goal difference of 37. However, City edge ahead due to a superior goal tally, having scored 66 goals compared to Arsenal’s 63.

Speaking after the win, Guardiola emphasized the importance of consistency in the final stretch of the season.
“We have the FA Cup ahead, and then five more league games. The only way we can win the title is by winning all of them,” he said during his post-match press conference.
Manchester City last lifted the Premier League trophy in 2023 under Guardiola, and the Spanish tactician is now focused on maintaining a perfect run to secure another title amid strong competition from Arsenal.
With just a handful of matches left, the title race remains tightly contested, setting the stage for a dramatic finish to the season.
