Verydarkman Vows to Release Alleged Damaging Evidence Against Pastors Chris Okafor, Jeremiah Fufeyin
Verydarkman issued the threat on Sunday afternoon in a video posted on his Instagram page while reacting to the arrest of actress Doris Ogala.
He demanded Doris’s release before Tuesday, December 23, 2025, warning that failure to do so would prompt him to publicly release alleged criminal evidence against Pastor Chris Okafor of the Grace Nation Bible Ministry and Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin.
Verydarkman said Doris Ogala was not the real villain in the controversy surrounding her arrest, claiming she had been used and manipulated by powerful pastors.
He alleged that she was promised gifts, including a car, to do their bidding and help cover up alleged atrocities.
In the course of his remarks, the social media critic disclosed that he had spoken with Doris on the phone before her arrest and that she had already sent all the alleged evidence to him.
He further accused some self-styled men of God of hiding under the name of Jesus Christ to exploit women, young girls, boys and even married women.
Verydarkman claimed that Doris Ogala was one of many women allegedly manipulated by individuals he described as “so-called men of God,” noting that several women had similar experiences to share.
He stressed that the actress was used and played a secondary role, insisting she was not the main actor in the situation.
Addressing the Nigeria Police, the DSS, and other security agencies involved in her arrest, he alleged that their intention was to detain Doris in order to obtain the evidence she claimed to possess before eventually releasing her.
He warned authorities to release the actress immediately, stating that any evidence they believed was on her phone was already in his possession. He issued a deadline of Tuesday for her release, threatening to take further action if it was not met.
Verydarkman directly mentioned Pastor Chris Okafor and Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, warning that failure to release Doris by the stated deadline would result in serious consequences.
He claimed to possess substantial proof to support his allegations.
He further stated that the evidence had been shared with multiple individuals and that he had erased traces of the communications, adding that even if he were arrested, the materials would continue to surface from different sources.
Nollywood actress Doris Ogala was arrested on Saturday, December 20, 2025, following allegations she made against the founder of Grace Nation Bible Ministry, Pastor Chris Okafor, over his alleged failure to fulfil a marriage promise to her.
In a series of Instagram posts, the actress claimed she was involved in efforts to help Pastor Chris Okafor and Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin suppress investigations into the case of a missing child identified as Testimony, as well as other alleged criminal cases linked to the clerics.
