Nigeria’s Super Falcons will participate in the WAFU B Four-Nation tournament in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, from February 27 to March 7, 2026, as part of their preparations for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
The tournament will feature Ghana and Senegal, and all three teams will use the competition to prepare for WAFCON 2026, which will be hosted by Morocco from March 17 to April 3, 2026.

The Super Falcons are in Group C, alongside Malawi, Zambia, and Egypt, and are looking to defend their title and secure a spot in the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil.
The team is expected to use the WAFU tournament to fine-tune their skills and gel as a team before the bigger competitions ahead.
