
The Super Eagles of Nigeria will arrive in Rabat on Monday as preparations intensify for their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) semi-final showdown against hosts Morocco.
The Nigerian team is expected to depart Fès for the Moroccan capital later today, following their return to Marrakech on Sunday after a convincing 2–0 victory over Algeria in the quarter-finals.
After the hard-fought win against the Desert Foxes, the players and technical crew held a recovery session at the Saardienne Football Complex in Fès to aid fitness and tactical readiness ahead of the crucial encounter.

Wednesday’s semi-final clash is scheduled to take place at the Stade Moulay Hassan in Rabat, where Éric Chelle’s side will aim to secure a place in the AFCON 2025 final.
According to camp sources, the Super Eagles will conduct their penultimate training session on Monday night, focusing on match tactics and final preparations before facing a determined Moroccan side on home soil.
Nigeria remains one of the tournament’s most consistent teams and will be looking to extend their impressive run as they chase a record-extending AFCON title.
