
Nollywood filmmaker and media personality, Stanley Ontop, has reacted strongly to the defamation petition filed against him by actor Frederick Leonard, declaring his readiness to confront the matter legally.
Frederick Leonard had petitioned the Delta State Police Command, accusing Stanley Ontop of persistent defamation and actions allegedly aimed at damaging his reputation.

Responding to the petition, Stanley Ontop said he was yet to receive any official invitation from the police but maintained that he was not intimidated by the move.
He insisted that the allegations against him would be addressed in court.
Taking to his Instagram page, Ontop warned that he would not hesitate to seek legal redress against Frederick Leonard, stressing that he was prepared for a legal showdown.
“See you in court. I’m waiting for the police invitation. Ontop no small,” he wrote.
The exchange has intensified public interest in the dispute between the two Nollywood figures, with many observers awaiting further actions from law enforcement as the controversy continues to unfold.
