The facility, reportedly operating under the name “All Power Belong to Me, Solomon of Our Generation,” was found to be a cover for illegal activities.
During the early morning operation carried out at about 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, police arrested seven suspects believed to be linked to the operation.
Those apprehended include Preacher Brian Ebeka, Kenneth Ezekiel, Dickson Ndueso, Abang Rowland, Esther Elijah Okon, and Joy Elijah Okon.

Confirming the development in Uyo, the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Timfon John, disclosed that the raid followed credible intelligence indicating that criminal elements were using the location as a base.
Items recovered from the scene include two locally made double-barrel guns, five expended cartridges, four motorcycles, three large generators, and 10 mobile phones.
Other exhibits include a police crest, four jungle boots, a peak cap, a saw blade, a spanner, several vehicle plate numbers, five machetes, a special forces vest, bottles containing suspected spiritual oil, and an enlarged photograph now linked to ongoing investigations.
According to the police, preliminary findings suggest the so-called church was being used as a front for coordinated criminal operations, raising concerns over the misuse of religious platforms for unlawful purposes.
The Command has issued a strong warning to criminal elements across the state, stressing that there will be no safe haven for those attempting to hide under any guise.
Investigations are ongoing.
