A Lagos-based woman, Osarobo Odigie, has filed a N395 million lawsuit against popular Nigerian TikToker Peller over an alleged verbal assault and invasion of privacy.
The incident reportedly occurred on January 6, 2026, at Folixxx Lounge, Lekki-Epe Expressway, while Odigie was purchasing food.
A video of the confrontation later surfaced online after Peller shared it without her consent.
Through her lawyer, Bola Osineye of FA Garrick & Co., Odigie is seeking compensation for defamation, emotional trauma, reputational damage, and distress caused by cyberbullying.
