Hollywood power couple Tom Holland and Zendaya’s engagement sent netizens into a frenzy on Monday and now details of the Spider-Man star’s proposal have been revealed.
Per a TMZ report, Holland popped the question between the Christmas and New Year celebrations, dropping to one knee in an intimate setting.
It was also revealed that the proposal took place in one of Zendaya’s family homes in the United States.
The proposal was not over-the-top as many would expect; it was reportedly a very romantic and intimate moment between the lovebirds.
According to sources who spoke with TMZ, family members were not present when Holland proposed to Zendaya.
The update comes after Zendaya’s massive engagement ring at the Golden Globes ceremony sparked speculations as her fiancé went all out, sparing no expense.
The duo became a pair in 2021 when their relationship was made public, years after meeting on the Spider-Man: Homecoming set.
Holland and Zendaya have since become Hollywood’s most talked-about couple.
Speaking on the engagement, inside sources disclosed that wedding plans aren’t underway just yet due to several Hollywood projects both actors are involved.
