INEC Chair Affirms Full Readiness for Anambra Polls
Prof. Joash Amupitan, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has repeatedly assured that the Commission is fully prepared for the Anambra State governorship election. He confirmed that 24,000 personnel have been deployed and that voting will take place in 5,718 out of 5,720 polling units, with the two units excluded due to a lack of registered voters. Incumbent Governor Soludo remains a key contender in the race.
