Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has been arrested amid an ongoing controversy involving a popular Lagos-based pastor, Chris Okafor.
Ogala was reportedly arrested on Saturday night while she was live on social media with an online personality known as Aunty Adunni.
During the livestream, the actress raised the alarm, claiming that police officers had invaded her residence and entered her room.
In the now-trending video, the interviewer asked, “The police are in your house?” to which Ogala replied, “Yes, the police are in my house.”
About a week earlier, Ogala had publicly called out Pastor Chris Okafor, founder of Grace Nation Bible Ministry, accusing him of failing to fulfill a marriage promise after what she described as eight years of an intimate relationship.
The actress made the allegation while reacting to a viral video showing the pastor proposing to another woman, a development that sparked widespread reactions on social media.
