Nigerian Grammy-winning singer, Temilade Openiyi, better known as Tems, has shared the qualities she cannot accept in a romantic partner.
Speaking in a recent interview with American media outlet Complex, the Love Me Jeje hitmaker explained that she cannot date men who are unfriendly or lack curiosity about their partners.
Tems said a relationship loses its meaning when one person is not genuinely interested in knowing the other.
According to her, anyone who doesn’t make an effort to understand their partner is a clear red flag.
She noted that while she considers herself a “lover girl,” she is now more cautious because of her past experiences.
Tems also added that she is currently prioritising self-love and personal growth.
