Humanitarian Affairs Minister, Yilwatda emerges as APC National Chairman

The Humanitarian Affairs Minister, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda emerged and sworn in as the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman.

Chairman of the Progressive Governors and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma, raised the motion to appoint the Humanitarian minister as Chairman and was seconded by Speaker, House of Representatives, Abba Tajudeen

He was selected on Thursday at the ongoing APC NEC meeting in Abuja.

Yilwatda is expected to resign as Humanitarian Affairs Minister and take the full responsibility of the party national Chairman.
