Engr. BBenjamin Osita Okoh

The President of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Engr. Margaret Aina Oguntala, FNSE, has congratulated Engr. Benjamin Osita Okoh, FNSE, on his appointment as the Honourable Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure for Enugu State.

The NSE President also appreciated the Executive Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Dr. Peter Mbah, for the strategic appointment of a best-fit professional to lead infrastructure development in the State.

She described the appointment as commendable, noting that Engr. Okoh, a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and Past Chairman of the Nigerian Society of Engineers Abuja Branch, has consistently demonstrated dedication, competence, and excellence in his professional career, making him well-suited to contribute to quality infrastructure delivery in Enugu State in line with global Engineering standards.

The NSE President reaffirmed the Society’s commitment to supporting state governments across Nigeria to ensure the Engineering profession contributes effectively to national and state development.

She wished Engr. Okoh a successful tenure and expressed confidence that his contributions will align with Governor Mbah’s vision for transformational infrastructure growth in Enugu State.
