The husband of Nigerian social media personality Eniola Fagbemi, popularly known as Sisi Alagbo, has publicly reacted to the circulation of a viral video involving himself, his wife, and another woman.
Adesola Akeem, who is married to Fagbemi, broke his silence in a statement shared on his Facebook page, where he accepted responsibility and apologised over his role in the incident.
The apology follows the leak of a private video that showed Akeem, his wife, and a third woman in an intimate setting. The footage, which was reportedly recorded by the parties involved, surfaced online earlier in the week and quickly spread across WhatsApp, Telegram, and other social media platforms, sparking widespread outrage and debate.
In his statement, Akeem explained that he was apologising for his actions captured in the video and for the embarrassment, disappointment, and public backlash the incident has caused to his family, associates, and supporters.
“I write with a deep sense of responsibility and sincere remorse to extend my heartfelt apologies to my family, friends, business associates, religious leaders, fans, and the entire Nigerian public,” he said.

I regret the pain and disappointment this has caused,” he added.
Akeem further assured that he is committed to making better decisions and rebuilding trust going forward.
He also extended a direct apology to his supporters, noting that he deeply regrets letting them down.
Earlier, Fagbemi had also addressed the controversy, issuing her own apology via social media.
She admitted regret over the incident and revealed that the situation had taken an emotional toll on her.
Fagbemi gained popularity through her online presence, particularly for promoting herbal products, and later attracted wider attention after a viral encounter with Victor Osimhen during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The incident continues to generate mixed reactions online, with conversations focusing on privacy, personal responsibility, and the consequences of viral content in the digital age.
