Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, has emerged as a transfer target for Tanzanian giants Azam FC, setting up a potential battle with South African side Kaizer Chiefs for his signature.
Reports indicate that Azam FC are keen on securing the services of the 29-year-old shot-stopper as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season. However, they face stiff competition from Kaizer Chiefs, who are also monitoring the Nigerian international closely.

Nwabali has been without a club since February after parting ways with Chippa United, where he previously established himself as a reliable presence between the posts.
In addition to Azam FC and Kaizer Chiefs, another South African club, Orlando Pirates, has also been linked with the former Enyimba and Katsina United goalkeeper.
With multiple clubs circling, Nwabali’s next move is expected to be decided in the upcoming transfer window, as interest in the experienced goalkeeper continues to grow.
