Tonto Dikeh has officially dropped the title “King” from her name, saying the decision came after spiritual guidance.
In a message shared on social media, the actress announced that she will now be known as Evangelist Tonto Dikeh, Tonto Dikeh, Aunty Tonto, or Big T. According to her, the change reflects obedience to the Holy Spirit and aligns with God’s plan for her life.
Dikeh described the move as a significant step in her spiritual journey, marking a transition from her past into what she believes is a divinely ordained new season.

She explained that making the announcement on the first day of March holds special meaning, symbolising a shift from old chapters to the fulfilment of prophetic promises over her life.
Emphasising that the directive was spiritual, she stated that she will no longer respond to “King Tonto Dikeh,” urging fans and the public to address her by any of her newly affirmed titles instead.
