Michelle Mukoro, popularly known online as King Mitchy, is alive, contrary to an earlier announcement made by her management.
In a fresh update shared by her team, they confirmed that the influencer is safe and recovering, stating briefly that she is okay.
The false death report followed an intense online feud between Mitchy and activist VeryDarkMan. The two had clashed over claims about Mitchy’s charity projects.
Mitchy recently said she renovated a school in six days and questioned the activist’s handling of donations since 2025.

The situation escalated after VeryDarkMan alleged that Seyi Tinubu, son of Nigerian President Bola Tinubu, was financially supporting Mitchy’s charity activities.
Following the controversy, Mitchy reportedly lost access to her business Instagram account.
During a distressing live video session, Mitchy was seen consuming a substance believed to be a household chemical known as “hypo.”
Shortly after, her management announced that she had died at Prime Care Hospital, claiming doctors were unable to revive her.
However, the hospital later denied the report, saying Mitchy was never admitted to their facility. The hospital also warned that legal action could be taken against those spreading false information.
