Nollywood actress Rosy Meurer has dismissed allegations that she took her husband, Olakunle Churchill, from his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh.
In a series of videos shared on Instagram, Meurer refuted claims that she unfollowed her husband on the platform following reports that he celebrated his son’s birthday with Dikeh. She described the rumours as false, insisting that she remains happily married and has no reason to unfollow him.
According to her, Churchill is currently in Lagos spending time with his son, and she fully supports his relationship with his children. She urged critics to allow him to bond peacefully with his child.
Addressing long-standing allegations that she “snatched” Churchill from Dikeh, Meurer denied ever having a close relationship with the actress. She stated that she and Dikeh were never friends, have never met, and do not have each other’s contact details, adding that Dikeh is about a decade older than she is.

Meurer also clarified that during Churchill’s previous marriage, he was only a supportive figure in her life and career, describing him as a brotherly presence at the time. She maintained that she was not involved in the circumstances surrounding his separation from Dikeh, noting that she learned about their issues through the media like everyone else.
Emphasising that she harbours no ill will, Meurer said she cares for all of her husband’s children equally and would support any decision guided by faith, including reconciliation if it were ever to happen. She challenged anyone with evidence of wrongdoing to present it, reaffirming her position as Mrs. Churchill.
