Nollywood veteran Omotola Jalade has addressed circulating rumors of a feud with fellow actress Genevieve Nnaji, insisting that there has never been any real conflict between them.
In an interview on Yanga FM, Omotola explained that much of the alleged tension was created by fans and the media.
“People don’t need to be best friends, but we talked. Like behind film, we dey talk normally,” she said.
She added, “Na them start the quarrel before we know say we dey quarrel.
So, we have to catch up with the quarrel. There was no quarrel.” Omotola emphasized that the stories of a rivalry were largely misinterpretations of normal industry dynamics.
