Denrele Edun, Nigerian model and socialite, has spoken candidly about his struggles with love, revealing that he has not been lucky in his romantic relationships.
In a recent episode of The Moraya Show, Edun stated that his partners often don’t reciprocate his commitment, leading him to focus on self-love.
“I have not really been lucky with love. People like us who have so much love to give to the world, we don’t really get it back in return.
So, I have found it in different people and places, and I have realised that let me just love myself at this point,” he said.

Edun explained that he has had relationships where he showed commitment, but received excuses and confusion in return.
“While I’m giving clarity, they are giving me confusion. I will show commitment and they would not reciprocate. So, I realised that this is just a convenient thing to the person,” he added.
The movie star also emphasized that he is not the cause of his relationship misfortunes, stating, “I am the easiest person to love. I have so much love to give.”
