
The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA) has opened an online recruitment exercise for Neighbourhood Safety Officers across all local government areas of the state.
The recruitment is aimed at strengthening community policing and improving grassroots safety and security.
Interested candidates must be 18 to 30 years old, hold at least an SSCE/WAEC certificate, be physically fit, and have a clean criminal record.

The application process involves three stages: submitting the online application, participating in screening tests and interviews, and completing onboarding for successful candidates.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu approved the recruitment to enhance the agency’s operational capacity and improve response times to local security concerns, especially around public schools.
The General Manager of LNSA, Ifalade Oyekan, urged eligible youths and residents to take advantage of this career opportunity.
